Acquisition of commercial portfolio from Sønderjysk Forsikring completed

Reference is made to earlier announcement on Gjensidige's agreement to acquire

Sønderjysk Forsikring's commercial portfolio, with premiums of approximately DKK

200 million. The transaction has been approved by the relevant authorities and

is completed today. The purchase price is approximately DKK 200 million.
