Gjensidige Forsikring ASA and AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB contemplate divestment of Oslo Areal

Gjensidige Forsikring and the Swedish occupational pension company AMF

Pensionsförsäkring AB own 50 per cent each in Oslo Areal. The parties are

contemplating the divestment of Oslo Areal (OA). The purpose of a potential sale

is to create further room for OA's strategic development.

Gjensidige and AMF are engaged in dialogue with interested parties and have

mandated DNB Markets as financial advisor and facilitator in the process which

can potentially result in a transaction. Further information about the potential

divestment will be made in due course.
