Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, GJF 02: Early redemption of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA 16/PERP FRN C Hybrid
The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has today resolved to exercise the call
option to redeem all bonds under ISIN NO0010771546 on 8 September 2021. The loan
is perpetual.
The redemption price will be 100.
This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the
Continuing Obligations.
