The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will be held Thursday 5

April 2018 at 17:00 (CET), at Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's head office,

Schweigaards gate 21, 0191 Oslo. Registration from 16:30 (CET).

The notice including agenda for the General Meeting and appendices are attached

to this disclosure. The notice will be sent to shareholders 13 March 2018.
