GIOCAMONDO STUDY: VARIAZIONE CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2025-2026
Ascoli Piceno, 9 dicembre 2025 - Giocamondo Study S.p.A. (ticker EGM: GMS), PMI innovativa di Ascoli Piceno ai vertici nazionali nel settore vacanze studio per ragazzi in tutto il mondo quotata al mercato EGM di Borsa Italiana, rende noto – in conformità agli obblighi informativi previsti dall'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan – che è avvenuta una variazione nel calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2025-2026.
La modifica riguarda l'anticipazione, da giovedì 18 dicembre 2025 a mercoledì 17 dicembre 2025, della riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Progetto di Bilancio di esercizio chiuso al 30 settembre 2025.
Si rende, altresì, noto che in data 25 giugno 2026 si terrà il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale al 31 marzo 2026.
Pertanto, il nuovo calendario finanziario 2025-2026 aggiornato è il seguente:

GIOCAMONDO STUDY: VARIATION IN THE 2025-2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Ascoli Piceno, 9December 2025- Giocamondo Study S.p.A. (ticker EGM: GMS), an innovative SME from Ascoli Piceno, topping the national level in the study holidays for young adults' sector all over the world, announces – in accordance with the disclosure requirements set forth in Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations – that there has been a variation in the corporate events calendar for the 2025-2026 financial year.
According to the amendment, the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the draft financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2025, will be held on December 17, 2025, instead of December 18, 2025.
It is also announced that on June 25, 2026, the Board of Directors will meet to approve the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 31 March 2026.
Therefore, the new updated 2025-2026 financial calendar is as follows:
