Sub.: Intimation of Amendment in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association

Dear Sir.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulationshepse) Regulations. 2015, we wish to inform you that the shareholders in their meeting held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, have approved the following resolutions:

Amendment in the main object clause of Memorandum of Association as per the provision of the Companies Act, 2013;
Adoption of new Memorandum of Association ("MOA") as per the provision of the Companies Act, $2013$ : and
Adoption of new set of Articles of Association ("AOA") of the Company as per the provision of the Companies Act, 2013.

Further, the brief details of alteration in MOA and the New AOA as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of the Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are annexed herewith marked as Annexure-I & II respectively.

Annexure-I Summary of Amendment in the main obejct and Adoption of New Memorandum of Association

1.	In Clause III(A), the following paragraph is added after sub-clause (5) of the clause III(A) of theMemorandum of Association of the Company:
	"6. To carry on the business of manufacturers, processors, producers, purchasers, sellers, blenders,makers, researchers and dealers in cosmetics , Hygiene and health care products, non prescribeddrugs, wet and dry wipes, face masks, coverall, masks, Abdominal pads, bath towels. Bandages,Gauzes, Gowns. Mits and other textile products for hospital, patient care, medical and surgicalapplications, food preservative and addictives, perfumes, scents, gels, sprays, nail polish,fragrances, powders, lavenders, tooth pastes, tooth powder, hair oils, herbals, creams, Gel,ayurvedic and intermediates, toiletries preparations, soaps their raw materials & all allied items.
2.	To merge and retain the objects under clause $III(C) -$ The other objects for which the Company isestablished with Clause III(B)- "Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects" to theextent possible and to rename and renumber the Clause III(A) and III(B) of the object clause.
3.	The name of existing clause III (B)- containing the "Objects Incidental or Ancillary to the attainment ofMain Object" sub clauses no. 1 to 12 be and hereby stand deleted and replaced by new clause III (B)"Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in clause III (A) containing subclauses no. 1 to 25.
4.	The clause III (C) containing "The other objects for which the Company is established" standsdeleted.
5.	The words and figures "the Companies Act, 1956" wherever appearing in the Memorandum ofAssociation is substituted and replaced by the words and figures "the Companies Act, 2013" andreference of relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 is substituted and replaced with thereference of relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
