On 1 July 2013, Fidelity Management and Research LLC ("FMR LLC"), located at 82 Devonshire street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02109, USA has notified the FSMA and Gimv that on 28 June 2013 it has crossed the statutory threshold of 3%, by reducing its participation in Gimv to 671.815 of Gimv's shares and voting rights, or 2.80%.
