On 6 August 2013, Fidelity Management and Research LLC ("FMR LLC"), located at 245 Summer street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02210, USA has notified the FSMA and Gimv that on 5 August 2013 it has crossed the statutory threshold of 3%, by increasing its participation in Gimv to 814.185 of Gimv's shares and voting rights, or 3.29%.
