Please note that on October 5[th] , 2020 Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd (ISIN: IL0010825102) announced that the merger with Comtech Telecommunications has been cancelled.

As a result of the merger cancellation, on November 5[th] , 2020 at the end of the trading session, the Fix Parameters Monthly Update, the weight cap factor of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. shall be reset back to its "natural" levels, based on data on the Record Date of Fix Parameters October 15[th] , 2020.
