Gilat's Fourth Quarter Conference Call and Webcast Scheduled for February 13, 2006

Petah Tikva, Israel, February 7, 2006 – Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: GILTF) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2005 financial results on Monday, February 13, 2006.
