The shareholders of Hildrics Capital Pte. Ltd. are Mr. Choo Kee Siong and Mr. Wee Teng Chuen, who each have a shareholding of 50%. Mr. Choo Kee Siong is deemed interested by virtue of his 50% direct interest in Hildrics Capital Pte.
