Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company"), with reference to current report No. 74/2021 on the announcement of the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 21, 2022, along with the content of draft resolutions, the subject of which is to adopt a resolution on the withdrawal of the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, provides the received from a shareholder GI International SRL justification of the resolution on withdrawing the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market.
