GI Group Poland S.A. — Delisting Announcement 2022

The Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), with reference to the current report no. 4/2016 informs that today it has decided to initiate actions aimed to delist all the Issuer's shares from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The intention of the Management Board is to complete this process as soon as possible.
