GI Group Poland S.A. — Delisting Announcement 2022

The Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), with reference to current report No. 9/2022 of 21 January 2022 of 21 January 2022 on the resolutions subject to voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 21 January 2022 ("EGM"), communicates that pursuant to Resolution No. 4 of the EGM on the withdrawal of shares of the Company from trading on a regulated market operated by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("WSE"), on 21 February 2022 the Company submitted an application to Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego (the Financial Supervision Authority) for the withdrawal of the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market operated by WSE.

As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within the meaning of Art. 17 (1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.

Art. 17(1) of Regulation EU No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
