GI Group Poland S.A. — Delisting Announcement 2022

The Management Board of GI Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), in relation to current report no. 5/2022 of 19 January 2022, informs that on 18 March 2022, the Company's shares have been cancelled from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within the meaning of Art. 17 (1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.
