DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 15 February 2022, Gi Group Poland S.A. (the "Company") announces that its listing of shares on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (GMT) today, 18 March 2022.
