Currently employed as Board Assistant for Gi Group S.p.A, Francesca Garofolo provides full support to the Global Business team acting as one of the main point of contact both internally (Senior Management and Country Managers) and externally (Business Partners).

She joined Gi Group S.p.A. in 2017 as Personal Assistant to the Head of International Business reporting directly to him, providing back office and administrative support to the group as well. Since 2019 she supports the Head of M&A and the legal office on acquisition projects. In 2020 she has completed the implementation and renewal of the Board of Directors of the 128 Gi Group legal entities present worldwide.

Prior to Gi Group S.p.A., she worked as German teacher for Franky Studio, keeping classes for both entry and intermediate level. She graduated in Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication at University of Milan La Statale.

Obecnie zatrudniona na stanowisku Asystentki Zarządu Gi Group S.p.A, Francesca Garofolo zapewnia pełne wsparcie zespołowi Global Business, stanowiąc jeden z głównych punktów kontaktowych zarówno wewnętrznie (Senior Management i Country Managers), jak i zewnętrznie (Business Partners).

Dołączyła do Gi Group S.p.A. w 2017 roku jako Osobisty Asystent Kierownika Działu Biznesu Międzynarodowego podlegającego mu bezpośrednio, zapewniając zaplecze biurowe i wsparcie administracyjne również dla grupy. Od 2019 roku wspiera kierownika działu fuzji i przejęć oraz dział prawny przy projektach akwizycyjnych. W 2020 r. zakończyła wdrażanie i odnawianie składów Zarządów 128 podmiotów z Grupy Gi działających na całym świecie.

Przed Gi Group S.p.A. pracowała jako nauczyciel języka niemieckiego w Franky Studio, prowadząc zajęcia zarówno na poziomie podstawowym, jak i średnim. Ukończyła kierunek Mediacja językowa i komunikację międzykulturową na Uniwersytecie w Mediolanie La Statale.
