Federica Polo

Federica Polo currently covers the roles of Head of Board Staff and of CEO Senior Assistant for Gi Group's Holding Company. She is part of the Group Strategic Committee, the Global Steering Committee, and the Management Board of Country Italy and of Gi Group S.p.A.

She is the point of contact between the CEO office and the Senior Directors in charge of all functions, businesses and countries. As Head of Board Staff, she leads the team in charge of assisting the Directors of the International Board, the Italian Board and the Holding.

She joined Gi Group in 2010 as International Operations Manager reporting to the Head of International Business. In this role she supported acquisitions, development of partnerships, as well as coordinated activities of the foreign country entities.

Prior to Gi Group, she has worked for more than 15 years in the Financial Industry as wealth manager for Euroconsult, Citibank and Banca Euromobiliare.

Federica is a graduate of "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in Milan, with a specialisation in Foreign Languages and Literatures.

Federica Polo obecnie pełni funkcje szefa personelu zarządu i starszego asystenta dyrektora generalnego w spółce holdingowej Gi Group. Jest członkiem Komitetu Strategicznego Grupy, Globalnego Komitetu Sterującego oraz Włoskiego Zarządu Krajowego i Gi Group S.p.A.

Jest osobą kontaktową pomiędzy biurem CEO a Starszymi Dyrektorami odpowiedzialnymi za wszystkie funkcje, firmy i kraje. Jako Szefowa Biura Zarządu, kieruje zespołem odpowiedzialnym za wspieranie Dyrektorów Zarządu Międzynarodowego, Zarządu Włoskiego i Holdingu.

Dołączyła do Gi Group w 2010 roku jako International Operations Manager podlegając pod Head of International Business. Na tym stanowisku wspierała przejęcia, rozwój partnerstw, a także koordynowała działania podmiotów zagranicznych.

Przed Gi Group przez ponad 15 lat pracowała w branży finansowej jako Wealth Manager w Euroconsult, Citibank i Banca Euromobiliare.

Federica jest absolwentką "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" w Mediolanie, ze specjalizacją w językach obcych i literaturach.
