Donato Di Gilio, Managing Partner. President of the Board and C.E.O.

Donato is a graduate of Milan University's Law Department. He has been working in Poland since 1992, founding Core Sp z o.o. in 1994. Donato was the co-founder of the Italian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Poland in 1996. He held the position of the President of the Chamber between 2009-2013 and its Vice President and Member of the Board of Advisers from September 2015 to September 2017 and from 24th September 2020 up today .

In addition to his consulting activities in Core sp z o.o. Donato is Chairman of Mayenne sp z o.o. (Węgrów) , Chairman of Cromodora Wheels sp z o.o. ( Warsaw ) , Member of the Board of Union Industries Polska sp z o.o. (Radomsko).

Donato deals primarily in M&A and Business Development services, and has successfully assisted more than 300 companies (large and SMEs) in the process of investment in Poland. Besides being a native speaker of Italian, Donato speaks also Polish, English and French.

Donato jest absolwentem Wydziału Prawa Uniwersytetu w Mediolanie. W Polsce pracuje od 1992 roku, w 1994 roku założył Core Sp. z o.o. Donato był współzałożycielem włoskiej Izby Przemysłowo-Handlowej w Polsce w 1996 roku. W latach 2009-2013 pełnił odpowiednio funkcje Prezesa oraz Wiceprezesa Izby, jak również Członka Rady Doradców od września 2015 r. do września 2017 r. oraz od 24 września 2020 r. do dziś.

Poza działalnością doradczą w Core sp z o.o., Donato jest Prezesem w spółce Mayenne sp z o.o. (Węgrów), Prezesem w spółce Cromodora Wheels sp z o.o. (Warszawa), Członkiem Zarządu Union Industries Polska sp z o.o. (Radomsko).

Donato zajmuje się głównie usługami z zakresu fuzji i przejęć oraz rozwoju biznesu, jak również z powodzeniem wspierał ponad 300 spółek (z segmentu dużych oraz małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw) w procesach inwestycyjnych w Polsce. Poza językiem włoskim, Donato mówi również po polsku, angielsku i francusku.
