The Management Board of GI Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), hereby informs, that today, the Issuer received letters dated 16 March 2022, containing information about:

1. resignation of Davide Toso from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of GI Group Poland S.A. with immediate effect. The reasons for the resignation were not given; and

2. resignation of Maria Luisa Cammarata from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of GI Group Poland S.A. with immediate effect. The reasons for the resignation were not given.
