INFORMATION ON THE SHARE CAPITAL

The share capital of Giglio Group S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts to € 4,393,604.40, divided into 21,968,022 ordinary shares, with no indication of nominal value, listed on Euronext Milan, organized and managed by the Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The ordinary shares with increased voting rights total no. 12,226,459, for a total of no. 24,452,918 voting rights, equal to 71.511% of the total voting rights (equal to 34,194,481).

It is also noted that a further no. 485,547 ordinary shares owned by Meridiana Holding S.p.A. and registered in the list of shares with increased voting rights have accrued on 5 August 2023, with their increase being submitted on 7 September 2023.

At the present date the Company does not hold treasury shares.
