Milan, 27 September 2023. Today, Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticker GG) - company listed on Euronext Milan, has made available on the Company's website (at www.giglio.org) and on the authorised e-market storage mechanism (at ) the limited-scope Audit Report of the Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30 June 2023, which reported that no irregularities were found.
