Information on the Share Capital

The share capital of Giglio Group S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts to € 4,393,604.40, divided into 21,968,022 ordinary shares, with no indication of nominal value, listed on Euronext Milan, organized and managed by the Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The ordinary shares with increased voting rights total no. 11,740,912, for a total of no. 23,481,824 voting rights, equal to 69.661% of the total voting rights (equal to 33,708,934).

It is also noted that further 485,547 ordinary shares owned by Meridiana Holding S.r.l. are currently registered in the list of shares with increased voting rights and that their increase has yet to be accrued.

At the present date the Company does not hold treasury shares.
