Notice of Filing of the Remuneration Report and Clarifications on the Press Releases of 21 and 2 March 2020

Milan, 02 April 2020 – Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticket GG) first e-commerce 4.0 company listed on the MTA-STAR market of Borsa Italiana, announces that the Remuneration Report has been made available to the public. The same Report is also filed with the authorised storage mechanism It is also noted that all of the documents made available for the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2020 at first call (and of 21 May 2020 at second call), together with the Remuneration Report, are available on the Company's website at www.giglio.org – "Corporate Governance - Shareholders' Meetings" section.

With regard to the press releases of 21 and 24 March, it is noted that, pursuant to the provisions set forth in Art. 6, par. 5 of the currently applicable Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies, as far as the resignations that occurred, no indemnities or other benefits have been provided.

The Shareholders who wish to participate in the next Meeting (called on 23 April at first call) are also invited to monitor the website of the Company, in the "Corporate Governance" section, for the purpose of verifying any eventual variation on the participation modalities, taking into account the current requirements arising from the COVID-19 epidemiological health emergency and its unforeseeable developments.
