GIGLIO GROUP SPA: DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED IN ORDINARY FORM ON 21 JULY 2023.
Milan, 21 June 2023 - Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticket GG) ("Giglio Group" or the "Company") - listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana - makes available to the public the following documents, with regard to the Shareholders' Meeting called on July 21, 2023:
- Notice of Call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Giglio Group on 21 July 2023;
- Explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the only item on the agenda pursuant to art. 125 ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
- Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors containing the reasoned proposal to the Shareholders' Meeting for the appointment of the statutory auditor.
- Information on the share capital.
- Proxy forms pursuant to art. 135-novies and 135-undecies of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
