GIGLIO GROUP: INTEGRATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CONVENED FOR NOVEMBER 17, 2023, IN A SINGLE CALL

Milan, November 11, 2023 - Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticker GG) ("Giglio Group" or the "Company") - listed on Euronext Milan - with reference to the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for November 17, 2023, in a single call, announces the availability of the integrated clean and mark-up versions of the following documentation:

Integrated Clean and Mark-up Versions of the Explanatory Report by the Board of Directors on the first item on the agenda for the ordinary part and the third item for the extraordinary part, pursuant to art. 125-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

Integrated Clean and Mark-up Versions of the Information Document concerning a transaction of greater significance with related parties.

Integrated Clean and Mark-up Versions of the Explanatory Report by the Board of Directors on the proposal for a capital increase.
