DISDETTA CONTRATTO SPECIALIST Notice pursuant to Art. 17 of the AIM Italy Regulations for Issuers GIGLIO GROUP: CANCELLATION OF SPECIALIST CONTRACT
Milan, 19 April, 2016 - Giglio Group S.p.A. informs that in accordance with Art. 17 of the AIM Italy regulations, it has formally notified Integrae SIM S.p.A. the cancellation of the Mandate Contract of the Specialist Operator. The withdrawal from the above contract was also communicated at the same time to the Italian Stock Exchange. Integrae SIM S.p.A. will continue in their appointment until the expiry foreseen at 22th July 2016. The name of the new Specialist will be promptly notified to the market by Giglio Group S.p.A., as soon as this person has been chosen.
