GIGLIO GROUP: Press release for the Shareholders' Meeting of 21 June for the appointment of corporate offices - a standing and an alternate auditor give up their candidacy
Milan, 31 May 2021 – Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticker GG) announces to the market to have received in the early hours of this morning a notice from its majority shareholder, Meridiana Holding, in which it is announced that Ada Alessandra Garzino Demo and Francesca Onoscuri gave up their candidacy as Standing and Alternate Auditor of Giglio Group S.p.A. due to personal reasons. The announcement of the two candidates was sent on 20 June 2021 at 22:01 and 22:21 respectively.
Therefore, the candidates for the role of Standing Auditor are Giorgio Mosci and Marco Andrea Centore, while the candidate for the role of Alternate Auditor is Gianluca Fantini.
Pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations related to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the gender equality requirements will be met in the times and conditions set forth in Art. 148, par. 1-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
