Munich, October 7, 2010. Yesterday the subscription period of the current
capital increase of ARQUES Industries AG expired. According to the
information given by the accompanying bank the results are as follows: The
shareholders executed their subscription rights in the amount of 9.7
million shares. In addition the shareholders announced an over-subscription
of 29.2 million shares. There are 13.216.670 shares available. This
means there is a significantly higher demand. Therefore the company assumes
that the capital increase will be successful.
