ARQUES sells Wanfried
Munich, January 10, 2011 – ARQUES Industries AG has sold its share in Wanfried Druck Kalden in Wanfried to the management for a symbolic purchase price. The share transfer took place at the change of the year. In the course of the sale, the joint and several debts within the group decreased by approximately EUR 16 million. The resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting on December 20, 2010 are to be converted by way of this additional sale.
