ARQUES sells Heinrich Heiland to a French group of investors

Heinrich Heiland was taken over at the end of February for a symbolic price. Through the sale a profit of 100% or EUR 0.5 millions could be realised. With specific measures, the ARQUES task force specialists had clearly increased the productivity and efficiency of the company. Among other things these covered the bundling of operations at the Bratislava location and the renegotiation of purchasing terms. Unprofitable divisions were discontinued. For this reason revenue sank under the 10 million Euro mark and thus under the ARQUES investment limit. On this basis a strategic investor was found.
