has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.12% (this corresponds to 3011610 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.12% of
