On January 14, 2014, Mantra Investissement SCA, Paris, France has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on January 13, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 6.28% (this corresponds to 6058525 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.78% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1711446 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
