On November 26, 2013, Mr. Antoine Dréan, France, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1of the WpHG that via shares the voting rights of
Mr. Antoine Dréan on Gigaset AG, Munich, have fallen below the 5 %
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 4,76% (this corresponds to 4.347.079 Voting Rights).

4,76 % of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4.347.079 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to Mr. Antoine Dréan according to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG and are held by the following companies
controlled by Mr. Antoine Dréan:

% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 4,76% (this corresponds to 4.347.079 Voting Rights).
