us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2011 and on that day amounted to
2.83% (this corresponds to 1415663 Voting Rights).
