On December 23, 2013, Goldin Investment (Singapore) Limited, Tortola,
British Virgin Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Gigaset AG, München,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 20, 2013 and on that day amounted to 50.47% (this corresponds to
48648433 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 50.47%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 48648433 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Goldin Fund Pte. Ltd..
