Munich, July 24, 2017 [11: 25 o’clock] – Mr. Hans-Henning Doerr, CFO of Gigaset AG, has decided, for personal reasons, not to extend his employment contract expiring at December 31 st , 2017. Mr. Doerr has been released with immediate effect.

In the period from December 15 th , 2015 to the present day, Mr. Doerr served as CFO for Gigaset AG.
