ARQUES Industries AG: Resolutions of the AGM are final

Munich, October 4, 2010. The resolutions and elections taken at the last
general shareholders' meeting of ARQUES Industries AG finally will not be
appealed. After the general meeting in August 2010 only one of the 183
present shareholders had entered an objection. Now the company was informed
that no legal action was filed within the specified deadline. Accordingly
it is confirmed that no entitled shareholder legally questions the results.
The resolutions of the general meeting were accepted throughout by a large
majority. Widely supported by the shareholders, the supervisory board and
the executive board are pleased to continue their work for a sustainable,
positive development of ARQUES.
