Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Gigante Salmon AS (the “Company”) on 15 November 2023 regarding offering of 840,445 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in a completed subsequent offering at a subscription price of NOK 7.2 per share the (“Subsequent Offering”).

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 134,174,259.00 divided into 134,174,259 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
