We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 24[th] March 2025 to discuss and consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of Private Placement/ Preferential issue of Convertible warrants/ Equity Shares/ other equity linked Securities pursuant to Section 42, 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2018.
