Dear Sir/ Madam,

We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 06[th] May 2025 to discuss and consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of debts through Banks, Financial institutions and Inter Corporate Deposits (ICD) from various other corporates not exceeding Rs. 500 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Crores Only). In addition to this also discuss and consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of Private Placement/ Preferential issue of Convertible warrants/ Equity Shares/ other equity linked Securities pursuant to Section 42, 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2018.

This is to, further, inform you, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading (the "Code of Conduct"), framed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities is already closed for all connected persons / officers / designated employees / insiders, directors of the Company and immediate relatives of these persons and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours from declaration of the Audited financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2025.
