We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held today, had approved allotment of:

a) 1,01,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at a price of Rs. 18/-;
b) 35,65,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at a price of Rs. 22/-;

Post allotment of the aforesaid shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to 14,41,50,000 divided into 1,44,15,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The disclosure required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A .
