1. To Consider a proposal for Increase in Authorized Capital of the company and subsequent alteration to the Memorandum of Association of the company;

2. To recommend and approve issue of Bonus Shares to the equity shareholders of the company;

3. To consider split of Equity Share of the Company;

Further, in continuation of our intimation dated June 26, 2025 and pursuant to Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from July 1st, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
