1. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Subject to the approval of members of the Company, Approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Kumar Seth (DIN: 02427404) as an additional Independent Director of the Company for the term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. July 24, 2025. (Annexure-I)

2. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Approved the appointment of Mr. Daksh Tulsibhai Mewada (Membership No: ACS 75129) as a Company secretary and Compliance officer of the company w.e.f. July 24, 2025. (Annexure-II)
