Sub: Notice of 22[nd] Board Meeting of the Company & Window Closure Announcement

Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, intimation be and is hereby given that 22[nd ] Board Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 01, 2024 [ ग�वार - �ावण- कृ�ण पक, �वादशी, िवकम स�वत

२०८१ ] to consider, approve and take on record inter alia the following:

1. The reviewed unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. 2. To appoint Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2024-25.

Further in continuation to our earlier communication dated June 25, 2024 made by the Company to the Exchanges, w.r.t. intimation of “Trading Window closure”, we would like to inform that the “Trading Window” of the Company with respect to the aforesaid Board Meeting, which was closed w.e.f. Monday, July 01, 2024 shall remain closed till Saturday, August 03, 2024 (both days inclusive).
