Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— Gemeinsame E-Commerce-Strategie von Mannheimer AG Holding und GFT Technologies AG Mannheimer AG Holding und GFT Technologies AG wollen künftig über ein gemeinsames Versicherungsunternehmen, das ausschließlich im Internet auftreten wird, neue Produkte auf den europäischen Markt bringen. An der dazu eigens gegründeten Internet Insurance Lebensversicherung AG wird die Holding des Mannheimer Versicherungskonzerns einen Anteil von 70 Prozent und das Software- und IT-Consulting-Unternehmen GFT einen Anteil von 30 Prozent halten. Die neue Gesellschaft ist mit einem Grundkapital von 5 Millionen Euro ausgestattet. Sie soll im kommenden Jahr zunächst Renten-, Kapital- und Risikolebensversicherungen anbieten, die speziell auf das Medium Internet und seine Nutzer zugeschnitten sind. Die Mannheimer wird damit europaweit neue Kundengruppen ansprechen. Die GFT wird als Dienstleister die E-Commerce-Lösung realisieren; darüber hinaus wird sie sich mit diesem Engagement ein neues Geschäftsfeld erschließen. Of this specially founded Internet Insurance Lebensversicherung AG the holding of the Mannheimer Insurance Group will own 70 percent and the software- and IT service company GFT will own 30 percent. The share capital of the new corporation accounts to 5 million Euro. The company is supposed to primarily offer life insurance products in the next year, which are particularly tailored to the medium Internet and its users. Mannheimer wants to address new customer groups in Europe. GFT will not only realize the e-commerce solution but will engage itself in a new business.
