DM um 56 Prozent gesteigert Ergebnis auf 13,7 Mio. DM um das 25fache erhöht GFT Technologies, einer der führenden Interactive Integration Architects Europas, verzeichnete in den ersten neun Monaten des laufenden Geschäftsjahrs erneut ein beachtliches organisches Wachstum sowohl beim Umsatz als auch beim Ertrag. Das Unternehmen erzielte in den ersten drei Quartalen einen Umsatz von 126,2 Mio. DM, rund 56 Prozent mehr als im Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahrs. Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) konnte um das 25fache auf 13,5 Mio. DM gesteigert werden. Damit konnte die Umsatzrendite von über 10 Prozent nachhaltig untermauert werden. Das Ergebnis/Aktie (unverwässert) nach DVFA/SG vor Firmenwertabschreibungen verdoppelte sich fast von 0,10 Euro im Vorjahreszeitraum auf 0,19 Euro im dritten Quartal. Auch die Mitarbeiterzahlen spiegeln das starke organische Wachstum wider. Zum 30. September zählte die GFT-Gruppe insgesamt 672 festangestellte Mitarbeiter – 212 mehr als vor einem Jahr, 44 mehr als zum 30. Juni. Damit ist die Belegschaft im laufenden Jahr bereits um 166 Mitarbeiter gewachsen. Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr hält das Unternehmen sowohl an den Umsatzzielen von etwas über 170 Mio. DM als auch an der erwarteten Gewinnmarge in Höhe von 10 Prozent fest. ______________________ENGLISH__________________________ GFT again confirms considerable organic growth Revenues increased by 56 per cent to 126 million DM Result rose by 25 times to 13.7 million DM GFT Technologies, one of Europe’s leading Interactive Integration Architects, again showed a considerable organic growth in the first nine months of the current financial year not only in revenues but also in income. During the first three quarters the company attained revenues amounting to 126.2 million DM, approximately 56 per cent more than in the same period of the previous year. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) could be increased by more than 25 times to 13.5 million DM. Thus the EBIT margin of more than 10 per cent could be confirmed sustainably. Earnings per share (undiluted) according to DVFA/SG pre goodwill amortization almost doubled from 0.10 Euro in the same period of the previous year to 0.19 Euro in the third quarter. Also the number of employees reflects the strong organic growth. As of 30 September the GFT Group in total had 672 permanent employees – 212 more than in the same period of the previous year, 44 more than by the end of June. Thus, the company grew by a total of 166 employees during the current year. For the current business year the company is adhering to its revenue goals of slightly more than 170 million DM as well as to a profit margin of 10 per cent.
