The Chair of the Managing Directors and CEO, Marika Lulay, informed the GFT Technologies SE Administrative Board today that for personal reasons she will not be seeking an extension of her contract, which runs until 31 December 2024, and will be stepping down as Managing Director.
The Administrative Board would like to thank Marika Lulay for the outstanding progression and positioning of the company. The Administrative Board has initiated the search for a successor in order to ensure an orderly transition together with Marika Lulay.
