Re: Fixation of Record date for the purpose of issuance and allotment of Equity Shares of lnox Wind Energy Limited to the Members / Equity Shareholders of GFL Limited pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between lnox Renewables .Limited and GFL Limited and lnox Wind Energy Limited and their respective Shareholders ('Scheme')

Ref: Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations").

We refer to our letter dated 28th January, 2021 and 9 th February, 2021 informing you about the approv�I of the Scheme by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmadabad Bench ('NCL T') and date of effectiveness of the Scheme. Upon the Scheme coming into effect and in consideration of the transfer and vesting of the Demerged Undertaking (as defined in the Scheme) of GFL Limited to lnox Wind Energy Limited in terms of the Scheme, the Members / Equity Shareholders of GFL Limited whose names appear in the Register of Members and Records of the Depositories as Members / Equity Shareholders of GFL Limited as on the Record Date i.e. 30th March, 2021 will be entitled for allotment of:

• 1 (one) fully paid - up Equity Share of INR 10/- each of lnox Wind Energy Limited for every 10 (ten) fully paid - up equity shares of INR 1/- each held in GFL Limited.
