This is in continuance of our letter dated 1[st] April, 2023 regarding intimation for resignation of Mr. Mukesh Patni- Chief Financial Officer of the Company, In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we would like to inform that Mr. Mukesh Patni has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of GFL Limited vide letter dated 31[st] March, 2023 effective from the close of business hours on 31[st] March, 2023.

Requisite disclosure required in pursuance of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09 September 2015 is annexed herewith. The name on the earlier letter was inadvertently typed as Divya Shrimali instead of Mukesh Patni. Corrected Annexure is attached herewith.
